At Empower we are proud of our incredibly low turnover rate and very high tenure. All staff engage in monthly trainings, and PTs have dedicated weekly hands-on practice sessions. We also have weekly all-staff meetings, ensuring every team member feels up-to-date with events, changes, and gets heard!

On top of this, Empower hosts multiple outside-of-clinic hangouts every year, including the annual day at the lake, an afternoon at the pool, and group workouts at local fitness centers.
